Day 1 - Saint Petersburg

Arrival. Transfer to the hotel. Welcome to Europe!!!. Upon arriving at the airport we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. You can enjoy free time until your tour starts. Please, check the informative posters placed at the hotel reception area which have all the information about your upcoming services such as meeting place, time and the guide's name.

Day 2 - Saint Petersburg

Panoramic visit of St. Petersburg including Peter and Paul Fortress. Excursion to Peterhof Palace. With a local guide we begin the panoramic visit of this beautiful city crossed by the Neva River and built on 40 islands. St Petersburg is the second most important city in Russia and capital of the Russian Empire. This imperial city reveals the history of the Russian tsars through its museums, palaces, and architectural wealth. The visit includes the Peter and Paul Fortress (entrance included), origin of the city. The city is surrounded by numerous palaces. We take an excursion, with a guide and tickets, to the PETERHOF PALACE. This UNESCO heritage of mankind known as the "Russian Versailles" with magnificent fountains and gardens was one of the residences of the Tzars.

Day 3 - Moscow

Hermitage Museum. High speed train to Moscow.Today we have included the visit to the Hermitage Museum, with a guide, a fantastic art museum located in the building that was the Tsars Winter Palace. In the afternoon we take the "Sapsan", the modern high- speed train, and in four hours we cover the nearly 800 km separating the two cities, arriving in MOSCOW and transferring to our hotel.

Day 4 - Moscow

City tour of Moscow with entrances to Kremlin and its main cathedrals. We will start our day with an exciting visit to Russia's huge capital city. This city unites past, present and future in a very unique way. We will visit the immense avenues, elegant shopping areas, the Red Square where Lenin's Mausoleum is, Saint Basil's Cathedral, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. We will also enter the Kremlin with a visit to two of its main cathedrals. We will try (not guaranteed) to coincide with the ceremonial military parade in Sobornaya Square. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5 - Moscow

Viewpoint over Moscow. Great Patriotic War Museum. We will learn more about the history of Russia and its capital. We will pass by the university viewpoint, with its fantastic view over the city where newly married couples leave flowers (we could go to the viewpoint after Saturday's visit instead of Sunday) and we will get to know (including entry) the Great Patriotic War Museum (World War II) that also shows us many aspects of the Soviet period. Free afternoon.

Day 6 - Moscow

After breakfast, transfer to the airport and end of our services.

• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty )
• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and/or any factors beyond control.
• Any compulsory room supplements on tour
• Tips, Laundry, telephone, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature.
• Any items or services not specified in the itinerary 'TOUR PRICE INCLUDES' head.
• Early Check-in or Late check - out (subject to room availability)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
• To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents
• Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot
• Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
• In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Destiny Trips will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
• Group tickets cannot be refunded.
• Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued.
• Any fare difference will be charged extra
• Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability
• Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
• This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
• A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
• International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
• An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
• You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Destiny Trips.
• Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.
• If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.
• You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Destiny Trips will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Destiny Trips is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.
• Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.
• Destiny Trips is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
• Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.
• Destiny Trips reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• Destiny Trips is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during your trip.

Cancellation Terms :

• More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000 Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
