Day 1 - Darjeeling: Arrival and Leisure Day

On the first day of the trip, arrive at Bagdogra Airport and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Darjeeling with the help of one of our representatives. The distance from Bagdogra Airport to Darjeeling is over 65 km. So you can take some stops to enjoy delicious momos of the North East. You will be required to complete the check-in formalities. After that, get ready to spend some quality, rejuvenating time with your family. Take a break from the mundanity of life and experience the astounding nature while also involved with the Himalayan culture and people. Your 3 days Darjeeling family package begins at a small village which is surrounded by tea estates. The splendid views of the rolling tea-garden perched on the hill slopes will leave you mesmerized. You will find some beautifully knitted mandalas which are unique handicraft prepared in the North-east. Spend the rest of the day at leisure in your hotel.

Day 2 - Sightseeing at Darjeeling

Prepare yourself for a beautiful Darjeeling city tour. This morning, wake up early and head towards the Tiger hills at the daybreak and watch the sun rising over the world's third-highest peak. If it is a clear day, you might also be able to see Mount Everest peak from here. On your return journey, make a few stops at the tourist attractions of Darjeeling such as the Ghoom Monastery which is a 135 years old monastery. Then, you will visit the Batasia Loop. It is a beautiful viewing place that would provide you with an excellent view of the Darjeeling landscape, Kanchenjunga, and other Himalayan peaks. The war memorial is built in the memory of the martyred Gorkha soldiers. Meanwhile, also savor a hot aromatic Darjeeling tea which will refresh and revive you. After that come back to the hotel and enjoy a pleasant breakfast and take a little rest for some time.

Later, you will be taken to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. It is considered a pilgrimage for all climbing enthusiasts around the world. The institute was established in the honor of Tenzing Norway and Edmund Hillary. It displays expedition artifacts and mountaineering gears. Next on the list is Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park which is near to the institute. The specialty of this zoo is that it houses some rare animals that can only be found in higher altitudes like Pandas, Tibetan wolf, etc. Visiting the Tibetan refugee Centre will give you a fantastic experience. If time permits, you can also opt to visit Nightingale Park, Singalila National Park, and Darjeeling Peace Pagoda. Mark an end to the second and most beautiful day of the tour with a good night's sleep at the hotel.

Day 3 - Departure

Your 3 days Darjeeling tour itinerary comes to an end. After having a sumptuous breakfast, you will have to check out from the hotel and proceed to your home destination. You will be transferred to the Bagdogra Airport or the NJP Railway station by our private cabs. You will leave the city with redolent memories of the Northeast and Darjeeling.

• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and/or any factors beyond control.
• Any compulsory room supplements on tour
• Tips, Laundry, telephone, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature.
• Any items or services not specified in the itinerary 'TOUR PRICE INCLUDES' head.
• Early Check-in or Late check - out (subject to room availability)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
• To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents
• Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot
• Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
• In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Destiny Trips will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
• Group tickets cannot be refunded.
• Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued.
• Any fare difference will be charged extra
• Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability
• Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
• This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
• A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
• International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
• An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
• You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Destiny Trips.
• Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.
• If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.
• You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Destiny Trips will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Destiny Trips is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.
• Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.
• Destiny Trips is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
• Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Cancellation Terms :

• More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000 Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
