Day 1 - Arrive in Dubai - Dhow Cruise

Arrive at Dubai International Airport and proceed to your hotel or resort. Settle in your room and by nightfall, set out to experience a traditional dinner on the Dhow Cruise. Treat your eyes to gorgeous views of the Dubai Creek and glitzy buildings, while you relish a sumptuous dinner, accompanied by lovely music at the background.

Day 2 - Dubai City Tour - 124th Floor Burj Khalifa

Have a delicious breakfast and board your coach for a wonderful sightseeing tour of Dubai. You will get to witness iconic attractions of the city and some of the world's most stunning architectural marvels. After the tour, you will return to the hotel and relax. Later on, embark upon a visit to the 124th floor of Burj Khalifa (2,722 ft), one of the tallest structures in the world that adds to the charm of the city of Dubai. Get to the 124th floor of the building and enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city; an experience that you wouldn't find anywhere else!

Day 3 - Desert Safari

Savour a sumptuous breakfast on this day and spend the first half of the day shopping or relaxing in your rooms. Later in the noon, gear up for an exciting desert safari on the shimmering sands of Dubai. Enjoy an adrenaline-pumping safari tour and also try dune bashing, camel riding, quad biking, sand boarding etc. (at an additional cost). In the evening, you can enjoy entertaining performances like belly dancing, Tanoura Show and more that will give you a glimpse of Dubai's traditional cultures. Then end your day with a delectable meal.

Day 4 - More of Dubai

Spend the day touring around the city on your own. You can choose from a vast list of optional tours available (at an extra cost) like the IMG, Dubai Parks and resorts or Ferrari World. You may also opt to explore other attractions like the Dubai Aquarium, Dubai Mall, Grand Mosque and Kite Beach (leisure activities are not included in the package). Then return to your hotel for a good overnight stay.

Day 5 - Departure

Your trip to Dubai ends with a lavish breakfast on this day. Check out from the hotel and take transfer to the airport for your return travel.

• Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty )
• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and/or any factors beyond control.
• Any compulsory room supplements on tour
• Tips, Laundry, telephone, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature.
• Any items or services not specified in the itinerary 'TOUR PRICE INCLUDES' head.
• Early Check-in or Late check - out (subject to room availability)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A Registration fee (75,000 Per Person) is required at the time of booking (Non-Refundable).
• To confirm your booking, please provide complete registration form along with all required documents
• Full payment must be received by 4 weeks before departure to secure your spot
• Late payment may result in a change to your departure date/cancellation of the booking.
• In the event your chosen hotels are unavailable, Destiny Trips will offer comparable alternatives with similar service and amenities.
• Group tickets cannot be refunded.
• Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued.
• Any fare difference will be charged extra
• Upgrading your seat or class can only be done at the airport, subject to availability
• Confirmed itineraries cannot be modified unless submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
• This travel package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
• A reduction in group size may lead to a price increase or changes to included services.
• International check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
• An increase in the exchange rate may impact the cost of transportation and other land arrangements.
• You will be responsible for any additional charges payable directly to Destiny Trips.
• Hotel prices are subject to change without notice due to delays or management changes.
• If your chosen hotel is unavailable, alternative options with potentially different pricing may be offered.
• You are responsible for any additional expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. Destiny Trips will assist you where possible, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Destiny Trips is not liable for changes to dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs.
• Single travellers may be required to pay a single room supplement if a twin room partner cannot be found.
• Destiny Trips is not responsible for any refused/delayed visa documents or expenses incurred due to visa issues.
• Cancellation charges apply for visa refusal as per policy.
• Destiny Trips reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• Destiny Trips is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during your trip.

Cancellation Terms :

• More than 45 days prior to departure: Booking Amount of INR 75,000 Between 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of package price Between 30 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of package price Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
